Upon arrival, I was greeted by a helpful staff member, despite initial room issues. Despite the lack of city views, I enjoyed the stunningly restored lobby and the friendly service. Shaughnessy's Irish pub provided a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing evening with friends, offering comfort food and delightful cocktails. I appreciated the rich history of the hotel, with the original basketball court adding a unique touch to the ambiance. the comfortable accommodations, along with the modern amenities and attentive service, made my stay at Marriott Syracuse Downtown a memorable one.
